My name is Ingen Fitzhugh and I am a professional executive coach with an M.A. in Organizational Leadership, and two decades of experience working with executives and executive teams at Amazon. During these 20 years I developed an executive coaching practice that combines evidence-based coaching and real-world experience to help individuals and teams generate bespoke Insights, Integrate new mindsets and ways of working, and maximize their Impact.
