My name is Ingen Fitzhugh and I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) for both executives and executive teams. My approach is evidence-based and rooted in real-world experience. For two decades, I worked internally with executives and executive teams at Amazon as they scaled one of the most successful and complex companies in history. When I joined in 2005, Amazon had fewer than 15,000 employees and was primarily known for online retail. Today, it's a global enterprise with more than 1.5 million employees, spanning a diverse portfolio of industries and generating hundreds of billions in revenue. I’ve had the privilege of coaching leaders and teams through every stage of that transformation.

I specialize in coaching and support during key points of transition. For individuals this might mean onboarding into a new organization, expanding scope, or leading a larger team. For teams, this might be a newly formed or merged leadership team, or one with an aggressive new target to hit. For an organization, this could be the moment succession planning becomes critical or when their leaders need to be ready to lead at a broader scale. All of these moments challenge what has always worked. I help clients surface insight, reorient around what’s needed now, and integrate new ways of thinking, relating, and leading in order to maximize impact. I work across industries - tech, product, sales, marketing, music and entertainment, retail, operations, and advertising - and offer a coaching experience that is rigorous, reflective, and real.
